Magali is Chief Sustainability and Innovation Officer at Holcim. She joined the company in 2016 as Group Head of Health & Safety. Magali started her career as a field engineer on offshore oil rigs in Nigeria. She spent 27 years in the Oil and Gas industry, mainly with Schlumberger, holding operational line management positions like CEO Angola and Region Head Europe. During her career she also held several functional roles, including Vice President Marketing & Sales, Vice President Shared Services Organization for the Europe and Africa region and Global Head of Maintenance. Magali graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from INSA Lyon, France.

Edelio Bermejo is Group Head of R&D and IP at Holcim. With 26 years of experience in the cement industry in product development, marketing and operations, Edelio Bermejo was CEO of a cluster of 11 countries for six years before taking over as Head of the Holcim Innovation Center. In this role, he was responsible for developing new international markets, implementing differentiation strategies adapted to local needs, and entering into numerous partnerships. He holds a PhD in materials science and is a dual French-Spanish citizen.

Karine Uzan Mercié has spent most of her career in corporate finance. She is currently the Group Head of Tax for Holcim, after working for the Coca-Cola Group where she held various positions within finance (Group Director of Strategic Projects, Group Head of Tax, Treasurer Europe, CFO Europe). She also served as the Head of Public Affairs and Communication for Coca-Cola France. Prior to that, she was the Head of Tax of Alstom Group. She began her career with Ernst and Young and is a lawyer at the Paris Bar. She is the founder of Puissance Elles, a foundation dedicated to supporting girls from disadvantaged social backgrounds. Karine Uzan Mercie has been knighted by the French Minister of Finance.

Susanna Zammataro is Director General of the International Road Federation (IRF), based in Geneva, Switzerland. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for the organization, which represents leading corporate and institutional players drawn from the road and mobility sectors worldwide. Its mission is to promote the development of roads and road networks that enable access and sustainable mobility for all www.irfnet.ch
Named as one of the 40 Most Remarkable Women in Transport by TUMI, She is an untiring advocate for road safety. She is a member of the Advisory Board of the FIA High Level Panel on Road Safety and serving since 2012 as Chairperson of the “Safer Roads and Mobility” Pillar of the United Nations Road Safety Collaboration Group (UNRSC). Susanna has been involved since its inception in the Sustainable Mobility for All (SuM4All) initiative led by the World Bank and bringing around the table 55 leading stakeholders from the transport sector. She has served as a Steering Committee Member and currently co-leads the WG on data sharing.
